To speak or not to speak?

To speak or not to speak? Somehow modern life pushes us to say something out loud. Somehow it is not a norm if you are silent. But it is not. Silence is perfect if it is needed. Speech is excellent when it is required. The role of public relations consultant is to find the time when silence is necessary and find a time when the address is needed. From my experience, I know that to persuade the client to be silent when they want to talk is a much more difficult task when to convince them to talk when they want to be quiet. 🇺🇸 poet Robert Lee Frost has divided all population into two parts.
